These statements were the inspiration to create Namast’ay In Home – a private in-home yoga service where people can reach their personal goals of health and wellness on their terms. We have removed the obstacles of heat, personal injury, confusion, and crowded classrooms to provide you with the attention you deserve.
As yoga teachers, we grew tired of the repetitive classes that were not tailored to our needs. We had questions to ask, specific muscles we needed to strengthen and stretch, and different physical abilities than the students beside us. We desired a higher quality experience and we want nothing less for our students.
